Who may use it

ADA ADS is used by the agency and its staff on behalf of clients who have authorised the agency to manage their Instagram and Meta advertising accounts. It is not offered to the general public.

Client responsibilities

A client confirms that they own or are authorised to manage the accounts they connect, that the content and ads prepared for them comply with Meta’s terms and policies and applicable law, and that they will tell us if they want access removed.

How we work

Posts and ads are prepared as drafts and sent to Meta only after a person at the agency approves them. Ads are created paused; making one live is a separate approval. Ad spending is charged by Meta to the client’s own payment method, within the budgets the agency has set.

Meta’s terms

Use of Instagram, Facebook and Meta advertising through ADA ADS is also subject to Meta’s own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these.

No guarantee

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation or any advertising result.

Ending

A client or the agency can end the connection at any time. We then delete the client’s stored data as described in the privacy policy.
