What ADA ADS does

ADA ADS lets the agency publish photos, videos, reels, stories and carousels to Instagram professional accounts, create and manage ads on Meta ad accounts, and read the results, for clients who have connected their accounts to the agency.

What we access

Only for accounts a client has connected, and only with the permissions the client granted in Meta: the Instagram professional account’s posts, captions and insights; the Facebook Pages linked to it; the ad account’s campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, spending and performance figures; and Pixel identifiers. We do not collect personal profiles of the people who follow, see or interact with a client’s content, beyond the totals Meta reports (for example how many likes or comments a post received).

What we store

• The access token for each client, encrypted, and the identifiers of that client’s accounts.
• Drafts of posts and ads prepared by the agency’s staff, who approved them, and the record of what was sent to Meta and when.
• Performance figures we have read, when needed to report to the client.

Each client’s data is kept separate from every other client’s. We do not sell data, we do not share it with other clients, and we do not use it for any purpose other than serving that client.

Service providers

The agency may use software and AI assistants to help prepare drafts and reports. They work through ADA ADS under the same limits, and a person approves what is published or spent.

How long we keep it

For as long as the client’s account stays connected. When a client removes ADA ADS in their Facebook or Instagram settings, the stored access token is deleted at once. When a client asks us to delete their data (on the data deletion page, by e-mail, or through Meta’s data deletion request), we also delete the account identifiers, the drafts and the run records for that client.

Your choices

A client can remove ADA ADS’s access at any time in their Facebook or Instagram settings (Business Integrations). To have the data we hold deleted, follow the steps on the data deletion page or write to contato@zerozeromidia.com.

Security

Tokens are encrypted when stored, the service is reached only over HTTPS, access to it requires a key held by agency staff, and secrets are never written to logs.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
