Deleting your data

The operator of ADA ADS is Zero Zero Midia LTDA. Contact: contato@zerozeromidia.com.

ADA ADS stores, for each connected client, an access token (encrypted), the identifiers of the client’s Instagram, Page, ad account and Pixel, drafts and records of what was sent to Meta. To have all of it deleted:

1. Remove ADA ADS in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Business Integrations (this ends its access at once).
2. Write to contato@zerozeromidia.com asking for your data to be deleted. Say which account or business it relates to.
3. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

If you removed the app from Facebook and Meta sent us a deletion request, we record it under a confirmation code. You can check its status at /data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE.
